Regaged Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Regaged.com collects, uses, and handles information when you use its accounts, games, and community features. Privacy questions can be sent through Contact.

Information Collection and Use

Account records include your username, password hash, and optional email, phone, or linked Steam ID when those features are used. Game and community records include enrollments, votes, scores, messages, profile and avatar choices, blogs, designs, groups, and shop activity.

Technical information, including connection information, device identifiers, and error or security logs, helps operate the service, prevent cheating and abuse, and troubleshoot problems. Verification information is used for the verification features that are enabled.

Usernames, profiles, avatars, blogs, public comments, designs, and rankings are visible to other people. Direct messages and private game messages are stored to deliver those features; they are not public posts.

Cookies

Regaged uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, device identification, preferences such as your theme, and remembered notices. Blocking or clearing these can sign you out or prevent some features from working.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Regaged does not sell your personal information. Hosting, database, email, SMS, and linked-account providers may process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service and players from harm or abuse.

Changing or Deleting Information

You can update available account and profile information in Edit Profile. For account deletion or questions about your records, use Contact.

Records are kept while your account is active and as needed for security, disputes, and legal obligations. A request to remove public information does not necessarily remove historical game results or records needed for these purposes.

Security

Regaged uses password hashing and access controls to protect accounts. No online service is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password and do not send it in support messages or share it with other players.

Links to Other Websites

Player posts and other pages may link to or display media from external websites. Those services have their own privacy policies. Regaged's policy does not control what they collect when you visit them or load their media.

Our Policy Towards Children

Regaged is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
