By creating an account or using Regaged.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Basic Terms

1. You are responsible for your account, password, and activity. Keep your password secure and do not share your account.
2. Do not create accounts for other people without their permission or impersonate players or staff.
3. Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, or publish another person's private information.
4. Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or grossly abusive material.
5. Do not cheat, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, spam, or use automation that interferes with fair play.
6. Do not scrape, attack, disrupt, or distribute destructive code through Regaged.
7. Only upload and share content that you have the right to use.

General Conditions

Regaged is an online social game platform with profiles, chat, multiplayer games, blogs, designs, and shops. Features may change, pause, or end. We may warn, mute, suspend, or ban accounts that break the rules, and remove content that violates them.

R$, color levels, designs, and other virtual items have no real-world cash value unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchases and awards are non-refundable except where required by law. Balances and items obtained through abuse may be adjusted or revoked.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Regaged is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms may be updated. Material changes may be noted on the site; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Copyright: What's Yours Is Yours

You retain ownership of your original content, including designs, blogs, profile text, and messages. By posting it, you grant Regaged permission to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service.

Do not upload someone else's artwork without permission. Suspected stolen designs or other rights violations can be reported through Contact. Include the design link and supporting information.

Regaged is not affiliated with Suzanne Collins, Scholastic, Lionsgate Entertainment, Endemol, Big Brother, Survivor, or other parties related to the shows and games that inspired features here. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
